Populate team members, robots, events, and sponsors using JSON

There is a lot of repetitive code on the website, and it would be nice to automate the population with a script. Under `/data` there are examples of JSON that should be used as data to populate the static website. Note: the current JSON files are not updated, and the existing website should be the source of truth.
