- The Working Group will discuss the details and implications of this for expanding public CI.
- Google Summer of Code application has been submitted.
- On review of the marketing plan, we need to start planning webinars for 2025.
- John suggested asking the project maintainers and will follow up with them through the Working Group.
- A proposal from the AI Infrastructure Summit was presented.
- There will be further discussion once it is understood what member organisations will be exhibiting.
- Rod presented options for a room to use at the Steering Committee face to face alongside OSS Denver.
- There was agreement to explore options offsite as well as the onsite proposal.
- The group discussed a draft agenda for the UXL mini-summit hosted at OSS Denver.
- Suggestions included sessions showing simplicity of adoption for the projects, and showing how the projects can be used in a variety of verticals.
- The group agreed to continue brainstorming the agenda and looking for potential speakers.
- Rod presented a GitHub hosted roadmap for the UXL Foundation in 2025.
- It covers Steering Committee items, technical, marketing and major contributions.
- The group agreed this was a good thing to review on an ongoing basis.
