v2ray 没有监听ipv4地址

系统： Linux gold-ecs 5.15.0-56-generic #62-Ubuntu SMP Tue Nov 22 19:54:14 UTC 2022 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
使用机器部署v2ray，配置如下

显示没有监听ipv4地址,
在网上查了一下，修改了配置，好像依然没有起作用。请问需要如何修改配置

 sudo lsof -i :38153
COMMAND     PID   USER   FD   TYPE   DEVICE SIZE/OFF NODE NAME

我没有遇到过这种问题。为什么要写listen呢？难道不写listen就不能用ipv4了？
