Frequent DNS queries result in temporary domain blocks (China)

V2ray makes very frequent DNS queries, which result in temporary domain blocks in China even with websocket + cloudflare method. The solution for end-users is to use DNS caching on the device or network, but the solution for v2ray is to avoid doing a DNS lookup every time a connection is made (if this is possible in Go).
