Toolbar Font Color and Background Actions

Starting with Vaadin version 24.5, the standard Rich Text Editor component includes color toolbar actions for font and background.  However, these don't appear in the latest Enhanced editor version 5.1.0.

Can the Enhanced component be upgraded to use the latest RTE version?
