clicking the start field should scroll to start date #48
Description
case 1: clicking on the start field to open the popup will should focus on the start date instead of the end date
case 2: clicking start or end field when popup is open should scroll to its respective dates
case 3: clicking a quick access button which sets a date range while the popup is open should scroll the view to the selection (either start date or end date)
