Remove deprecated `StreamResource` methods in step with Flow

The StreamResource class has been deprecated and mark for future removal in Flow 24.8. In #95 the equivalent methods in Collaboration Kit were deprecated. When Flow removes StreamResource, Collaboration Kit should also remove the references.
