Show Hilla when standalone

I was looking for the configuration when Hilla is a separate artifact. I made it work, but would like to check if it is correct. It is sadly removed from the Vaadin Starter, so no example of hybrid mode in version 23 can be found.

    <hilla.version>1.0.0.beta3</hilla.version>

Last news is that this will be in the Vaadin Starter again, which is a much better solution. If so just forget this issue
