[Full-Stack Signals] command rejection is ignored #3967

Describe the bug
Current implementation of InternalSignal seems not to communicate command outcome to clients: when a command is accepted, it's sent to all subscriber, while the rejected ones are sent only to the author, but without indication of the outcome.
Expected-behavior
The client that issued the command should be notified about the rejection to deal with that properly.
Reproduction
Just looked at the code.
