Adding the first Hilla view to project is broken #8041

Describe the bug
One need to know to restart the project to pull in
Expected-behavior
Preferably
- A new view should be added and work
If not possible
- Show a meaningful error message advising to restart the project
Reproduction
Create new project (all detaults)
Run it
Add view > Hilla > Hello World
