ci: download p2pd without compiling it

as per comment - p2pd could be downloaded as binary and added to path. this would avoid:

• setup of go
• downloading sources and building go-libp2p-daemon

some effort on this was made in this #1280 pr. we should build on top of that pr - resolve review comments.
