This release major new feature is basic support for dimensions. For now we only support linear dimensions (aligned, horizontal, vertical and rotated). Also some styling is supported (via global dimension-style-related system variables, DIMSTYLE tables and dimension style overrides in DIMENSION entity extra data section):

• Lines and text colors
• Dimension and extension lines and text various size- and position-releated attributes
• Measurement value scale, rounding and zero-stripping, number of decimal places, decimal separator control
• Extension lines suppression
• Tick mark instead arrowhead (via DIMTSZ attribute, not by block name)

It still lacks a lot of functionality like:

• Imperial units proper text rendering and default style attributes.
• Other than linear dimension types
• Some of text positioning and alignment parameters (like DIMGAP, DIMTAD, DIMJUST, etc).
• Arbitrary arraowhead shapes and custom blocks. Currently it is always rendered as solid arrowhead if DIMTSZ is not specified (for tick marks).

Other minor fixes and improvements included, most notable:

• displayName attribute for layers which has special characters properly converted to corresponding Unicode symbols.
