Error: No such file or directory for a UI file

Describe the bug

I tried to open Folio with Zed via this extension, but the extension gives me the following error:

Failed to rebuild/reconfigure project: Error when getting information for file “/tmp/vls-meson-788527482-0BZCT2/src/ui/edit_view.ui”: No such file or directory

(I opened an issue in the extension's issue tracker as well: FyraLabs/zed-vala#2)

Software

OS and version: Fedora 40
Code editor: Zed
Vala Language Server: vala-language-server (Installed via DNF)
Vala version: 0.48.7

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Zed, and open Folio as the project.
2. Open a file, e.g. src/ui/widgets/markdown/markdown_view.vala.
3. Type something.
