This is needed to make the image run in gnome infrastructure as suggested [here](https://gitlab.gnome.org/Infrastructure/Infrastructure/-/issues/1035#note_1788585). I am not sure if its easier to adapt the current dockerfile to become unpriviliged, or switching to another base image (`ubi9/httpd-24`).
