some fade in/out

Is it possible for ntsc rs effect on davinci resolve to have fade in/out? Is for my horror movie and i cant just split the video and change the noise vhs like it were unsmooth, you know what i mean. Can you add fade in/out smooth effect?, if not is ok

Is there a reason you can't use a regular fade transition in Resolve?

There aint no fade transition so i was suggesting it
