oh ok, i know what u mean. there isnt really a preset for that, but what worked for me is to put the input luma filter to 'none': |

anyone?? still finding it, in original NTSCQ it was very common to see this effect using randomize seeds, but here is very difficult to find presets with this effect, rainbows generated between lines specially in fences or windonws, between font titles, etc..
