Implement logic to use within persona bar #27

Everything was put in place so this can be also used as a regular Persona Bar module. However most APIs assume this has a moduleId. We need to refactor the APIs so that if we don't have a moduleID, we can detect if the user is a host or an admin and react accordingly making the moduleId optional. This probably involves having to deal with module settings missing and handling that scenario properly with sensible defaults.
