Config Missing http status codes

It appears the configuration is missing options for both poll_http_status_healthy_above and poll_http_status_healthy_below for the status codes. It is not honored when added into the configuration under [metrics]. The Server side http status codes configuration option does not apply to the local agent either.

Those options do not exist within vigil-local at the moment. Note that vigil and vigil-local are completely separate and do not share the same codebase, as you may have seen the poll_http_status_healthy_above option in vigil.
