At some point, the tool "theWholePackage" was renamed bgcval.py, which is not ideal. It had a very specific role that it ran a whole series of analyses on a single job.
It's different to things like analysis_compare which compares several jobs together. theWholePackage ran time series, p2p, taylor/target diagrams and other "in-depth" analyses for a single job. It needs to be revived in some capacity it for Mission Atlantic.
