Deployment to ARO cluster on Azure

Customize pattern to allow deployment to ARO on azure

• ARO has TLS certs which are valid therefore config needs to be changed. Do so with a values-aro.yaml file so that it's an easy switch for end users
• Conduct testing to ensure that kata vms can be provisioned.
• Update documentation
