de-LU regex for mobile phone validator is wrong

I'm trying to validate de-LU mobile phones but the validator is returning false for valid mobile phone numbers.

@lwintjen Is your example surely a mobile number? According to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Telephone_numbers_in_Luxembourg, phone numbers all start with 6x1
