Functionality based on GM script "Pardus Coords Addon"

Here another request:

Functionality based on the GM script "Pardus Coords Addon", which adds coordinates around the Pardus navigation grid.

I'm not sure if it was this script as well, which has been adding thin grid lines on the screen (currently I use something else for this), but maybe it could be a part of the functionality too.
