Duplicate next page button in date-range-picker

Bug description:
In date-range-picker, we can see in years list view duplication of next page button. In my opinion it looks unnecessary, and could be better to remove one.

Versions of ngx-bootstrap, Angular, and Bootstrap:
ngx-bootstrap: 8.0.0
bootstrap: 5.1.3
angular: 13.3.9
