URLs in BalanceTableURL #2

(I actually got banned from the Discord server by MEE6 for trying to post this example due to the URL 😅)
It's great to see this resource being added to official support for custom servers! It would be awesome if we could also supply a valid URL to BalanceTableURL and have the custom server fetch the balance table from that, this would mean that in my infrastructure I don't need to maintain lots of tiny, open to the public github repositories to provide to each custom server.
An example would be: https://example.com/customPathiUseToDistinguishBetweenMyServers/BalancingTable.csv
