Can't run on Windows due to term::readpassword

Hi,

I can't make it run in Windows 10 as the library Term::Readpassword does not install properly in Windows and give errors about POSIX VEOF not being defined.
It's also mentioned in the bugs of the module in CPAN.
Term::Readpassword::Win32 can do the job?
