Add the ability to return maps and arrays in json format

This will make possible to retrieve multiple values (e.g. location) in a single lookup and use something like libvmod_jq to extract individual values and/or format it.

Yes, at the moment I use it simply with

    set req.http.X-IP-Country = country.lookup("country/iso_code", client.ip);

but It would be great to get more or all information from country/* the question is how to make it useful.

Simple creating a json object might be a bit too much and waste of bandwidth if I look at possible values at https://db-ip.com/db/format/ip-to-country-lite/mmdb.html
