Add configuration of backup retention policy

xo-server 5.8.1 / xo-web 5.8.1

I am missing configuration of backup retention policy.

E.g.

• Delete VM backup after 30 days not being refreshed
• Delete VDI backup after 30 days not being refreshed

Currently, if one deletes a VDI in Xen, it stays on the XO Storage forever?
One needs to write a cronjob that finds old VDI-folders / .vhd files and delete them with the script?

Having some cleaning done automatically can be dangerous, but I think it's a good idea anyway. However, I have to tell I've been saved once by an old backup that was left, old enough to get the missing file I needed vs the existing "short" retention. But it's not an excuse :D
