Add docs on how catbbrew should be use

First, let me say that so far I like catbrew because it lets me play around with ideas for color themes before I make the changes on my editor

That said, I often find myself getting confused as to how I should be using it. Here are a few examples

• background color, to this day I have yet to work out how to change it as it does not appear to be selectable
• color overwrites, every time I change the color of a particular syntax node, it overwrites the palette's original color, which means it's lost, so if I want to go back to the catpuccine color, I have to go find it in the docs and input it again
• related to the above, but I can't really see a way to duplicate and apply a color. Ideally I would want to copy a color from the original pallet, change and apply it back to the syntax object to see what it look like given that modifying the original color lose me the pallet color
• applying change without overwrite the pallet color is anthor thing I have yet to figure out
• there is no comments in any of the code samples so one can't play around with the color of that syntax node

I will think about how to improve think. Some thoughts:

• The background color is one of the gray colors, cant remember which one. All of the UI colors are driven by the color palette.
• Control-Z should work (or doesnt it?), but yes, being able to reset it, is a good idea.
• You can copy the hex code from the color picker and paste it into other boxes.
• I dont get why you would want to do this. Why do you want to do this? :D
• You can just change the displayed code. Its editable

what I mean by this is that at the moment lets say I want to some code that uses the green color, the only thing I can do is click on the code that use green and change the green color directly which means that the original hex value for green is lost without anyway I can see to undo that. I would be grate if I could duplicate the color in the pallet, so that the original hex value is not lost, change the duplicated green color and the apply it back code that used the green color

Oh, and in the corner are "snapshots" (the design sucks tbh), but there you can save your state.
Not quite what you ask for I think, but something.

Currently I am not interested in further building features for the tool, but I will review PRs :)
