Close dialog if user clicks cancel when signing certificate #247
Description
If dappKit is used to request to sign a certificate, and in veworld the user clicks Cancel, then the "waiting for..." dialog is kept open. Perhaps idea is to close the dialog and return an exception type to the dapp
