Add sort options to nan plot

Currently sorted by index but could be by any variable, especially catecoricals would be interesting,  This would be similar to the current heatmap sorting. Some more ideas here https://statistikat.github.io/VIM/articles/VisualImp.html not sure if scatters etc are valuable
