Offline vscode widget?

I've seen there's offline widgets for jupyterlab and jupyter, is it possible to have offline version of vscode

Hi @clouds56, have you tried https://altair-viz.github.io/user_guide/jupyter_chart.html#offline-usage and it didn't work in vscode?
