Handle peertube url

With the new submedia/antimedia hosting platform it'd be nice to handle peertube video. Peertube offer a `/videos/watch/video-uuid` and a `/video/embed/video-uuid` urls.

Maybe it'd be possible to check the url format and if the host isn't youtube.com / youtu.be we could handle it as a peertube url?
