dashboard: the boolean-form-input component is not set to active status when the page loads

1. Go to guides/extending-the-dashboard/extending-overview/
2. follow the instructions for adding cms plugins
3. save isPublish = true
4. reload page

Expected behavior
isPublish = true

Actual behavior
isPublish = false
