Question regarding your Ship City problem #1

Hi! Sorry that this is sort of a misuse of your repository issues page, but I've been trying to find a way to reach out to you for a little bit. I'm currently an undergraduate CS student at Whitman college. I stumbled across this old blog post of yours a while ago, and I've been working on the Ship City problem as a pet project for a while now. Recently some other undergrads have been working on setting up a series of talks for CS students to come and talk about their personal projects/interests, and since I was invited to give one of the first talks I was thinking of presenting my work on the problem.
