Add the ability to create a new field group

What are you trying to do?
I find your plugin much better for managing fields than the default field editor in Craft CMS. The only issue is that I can't create a new field group from within the plugin's interface.

What's your proposed solution?
Add a button to the plugin's UI that opens the "New Field Group" dialogue box. The button could sit next to the "new field" button or under the field groups sidebar.
