Asset source settings are taken into account only on upload

Describe the bug

Hello and thanks for the great plugin!

So, when I set different size or quality settings per source I would expect those settings to apply both "on upload" and "on demand" (by individualy selecting the asset in the asset index).

As it stands now, when resizing "on demand" only global settings are taken into account.

When it comes to chosen dimensions this is not important, because I can change them manually in the modal dialog, but there is no quality setting (It would be nice to also have the quality setting in this modal, and would give as a workaround for this issue).

Steps to reproduce

1. Set a quality setting for an asset source different from the global default quality ("All Asset Source Settings")
2. Go to that asset source, select an asset to resize.
3. The global settings are applied, instead of the specific source settings.
