verb helpers

I'd love to have helpers that do the following:

• crosslink between docs. This may or may not be trivial, since documents can be moved around. Ideally we can come up with a nice syntax to do this in markdown links instead of helpers.
• easily cross-reference specific sections in other documents. this builds on the last one
• code context: cross-reference code files, get the line of code for a specific method, or the parent or receiver name
• get docs from other libraries/projects that follow the same conventions
