Docs suggest useCompletion supports "data-" streaming but no way to access?

Description

The docs suggest that useCompletion should support data streams, yet, there doesn't seem to be a way to access this? Are the docs wrong? or is there a way to access data streams from useCompletions? I'd like to avoid having to change all of my useCompletion calls to useChat in order to migrate to vercel v5.

Use completion supports the protocol but only exposes the text parts

so if we send data parts via data-whatever, there's no way to access it? If that is the case, what is the purpose of having the protocol enabled?
