Chat Store Body Fixed to Initial Value

Description

With new useChat implementation, the body is fixed to it's initial value at initialization. I believe this is due to the dependency array in the append implementation in use-chat.ts

This use case no longer works (providing the current modelId to switch between models):

I would assume this is how many will want to use the body parameter. Are you suggesting passing it via the second option of handleSubmit for this use case now?

body is imo too request specific here. wdyt about chat metadata + prepareRequestBody instead?
