I recently noticed that OpenAI has introduced the Responses API Image Generation Tool. I think it would be a wonderful addition if this SDK could support this new feature in the future.

If possible, could you please consider adding support for the Responses API Image Generation Tool? I believe it would bring even more value and flexibility to the SDK, especially for users who need to generate images as part of their workflow.
