What ENV variables are pre-included in cache hash?

Hi,

I am looking for a way how to determine what ENVs are used to populate cache hash key by default.

Is there some list of inferred variables?
I only found framework-based variables overview which is great, but not enough.

Is there a way how to print all used variables (including those inferred)?
When looking into Turbo run output, there are only ENV variables explicitly specified via turbo.json configuration, but there is no NEXT_PUBLIC_* variable (when building Next app) for example.
