[🐛Bug] When scanning a project on Windows: npm ls command line too long

Hello,

When scanning a project on Windows, npm-scanner constructs an npm ls --json command with a very large list of package names, causing the process to fail with “The command line is too long.”

Environment

Steps to reproduce

1. Run node scan.js ..\my-app on Windows, targeting a project with a large dependency set.
2. Observe the scanner building an npm ls --json <many packages...> command.
3. The command fails before execution due to argument length limits on Windows.
