为什么要移除smart group中的strategy option？

导致的问题是，现在使用slack这样的IM工具进行语音聊天时，会频繁掉线重连，在开很多网站的时候也出出现了频繁connect reset的情况，能否恢复 sticky-session 这样的能力？
