Ability to reference extension methods

The verse book says you cannot reference extension methods but it doesn’t say why. We are forced to create free functions as a workaround which is syntactically bot desired.

Example:

using { /Verse.org/SceneGraph }

(C: component).Foo(V: float): void = {}

test_comp := class<final_super>(component) {
  TestFunc(): void = {
    Self.Foo(42.0) # okay
    TickEvents.PrePhysics.Subscribe(Self.Foo) # Error: Unknown member `Foo` in `test_comp`
  }
}

Funny enough, it's technically wrong an we can reference extension methods directly (as some kind of free function tho).

    R: tuple(t1, t2) -> t3 = ExtensionMethod #Totally fine

        Foo := ExtensionMethod #Totally fine
        Foo(T1, T2)

However this is limited to function method scope - trying to do Foo := ExtensionMethod in a module scoped function block won't work.

Initially Foo had to be called like Foo(T1, (), T2), but i think at some point the empty tuple as second arg was dropped.
