Support for refresh behavior #57
Description
The current behavior of ngx-turnstile is to refresh the widget and interactive challenges every 5 minutes.
Turnstile offers two variables to set this behavior, which is ideal for scenarios where we immediately verify the token and then let a user sit on the page for as long as they want. (Such as a login page.)
