Label `container_infra_prefix` is broken

Label container_infra_prefix is ignored

I couldn't reproduce this issue.

When I created a cluster using the latest mcapi and set the container_infra_prefix label, all control plane images were correctly prefixed with container_infra_prefix.

Could you please clarify which version you were using when you encountered this issue?

I don't recall which version exactly but this happened last September when i was working on: #795

If you can't reporduce this please close this issue. I'll keep in mind this when I continue working on my feature.
