Swarm Mode in 1.12

The swarm mode seems to have left out external service discovery. Will this be the preferred way to configure Docker Flow in production?

Swarm mode will introduce a lot of changes we (in general) operate a
cluster. Among other things, it packs internal service discovery inside
Docker Engine. I don't think that will remove the need for Consul (or etcd)
since the internal registry is not meant to be used for anything but things
Docker Engine needs.

I'm currently on vacations. As soon as I come back I'll write a lot about
new features available in 1.12 and start adding things into Docker Flow.
The first change will probably be related to "Docker Flow: Proxy" since the
new networking provides some really nice new ways to organize eternal proxy
access.

I'm still not 100% sure whether I'll start using 1.12 features in
production or wait until 1.13 is out. More on that subject is coming as
well.
