Building Clad on Fedora 39

The following script will build and test clad on Fedora39 without any errors during the cmake or other commands. All you need do is to place it (build.sh) in a fresh clone of the current clad repository and then execute ./build.sh . It makes the following necessary changes to the standard clad build:

1. Check that kokkos-devel, llvm-devel, and python3-lit are installed.
2. Changes /lib/ -> /lib64/ in all the CmakeLists.txt files.
3. Sets the cmake variable LLVM_EXTERNAL_LIT equal to the proper path.
