The SPM cannot recognize the tag 0.7 version

+1 on not being able to recognize the tag, any updates there? I'd rather not just point to master (which is what I'm doing right now)

Updated the tags for proper SPM parsing. I have tested this in latest Xcode. Proverbial "try now".
