RGB_Matrix lighting mode exhibits a strange bug after turning off the lighting effects！！ #961
Description
I've recently encountered an issue with my keyboard. It uses the WS2812 RGB_Matrix lighting effect. When I turn off the lighting effects and then reconnect the data cable to power it on, the first LED on the PCB stays lit with a green color. Only the first LED exhibits this behavior.
Afterwards, no matter how many times I try unplugging and replugging the data cable, I can't turn off this green light. The only way to make it go away is to toggle the RGB lighting effect on and off. However, the problem reappears every time I reconnect the data cable with the lighting effects turned off.
